These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skystaging.com and your engagement with SKY Staging's professional home staging services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance.
SKY Staging provides professional home staging services including, but not limited to, vacant home staging, occupied home staging consultations, and partial staging. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a written service agreement between SKY Staging and the client.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion. A confirmed booking requires a signed service agreement and receipt of the applicable deposit.
SKY Staging does not guarantee any specific sale price, sale timeline, or return on investment. Our work is designed to maximize a property's appeal — actual results depend on market conditions, property condition, listing strategy, and other factors outside our control.
Each staging engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement that details the property address, scope of services, staging period, fees, and any additional terms specific to that engagement. These Terms apply in addition to any such service agreement.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible, safe, and in appropriate condition for staging installation on the agreed date. Any delays caused by property access issues, ongoing construction, or other client-side factors may result in rescheduling fees.
SKY Staging retains the right to photograph and document all staged properties for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your staging date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement and is applied toward the total fee. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Balance due
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of staging installation, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We accept payment by bank transfer, check, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
Monthly staging fees
For vacant home staging, a monthly rental fee applies for each month (or portion thereof) that staging furniture and accessories remain in the property beyond the initial staging period. Monthly fees are invoiced at the start of each renewal period and are due within 5 business days.
Late payments
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. SKY Staging reserves the right to remove staging inventory from the property if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the scheduled installation date will receive a refund of all fees paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 business days of the scheduled installation date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional cancellation fees to cover preparation costs already incurred.
Rescheduling requests made more than 5 business days in advance will be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 5 business days may incur a rescheduling fee.
SKY Staging reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any engagement due to circumstances beyond our control (weather events, supplier delays, illness, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to find the earliest available alternative date at no additional cost.
The client agrees to:
The client is responsible for any damage to SKY Staging's inventory that occurs while items are on the property, including damage caused by third parties, pets, or unforeseen property conditions. Replacement costs for damaged or missing items will be billed at current retail value.
SKY Staging carries general liability insurance and takes care to protect your property during installation and removal. In the event of any property damage caused directly by SKY Staging personnel, we will work with the client in good faith toward a reasonable resolution.
SKY Staging's total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of sale or reduction in sale price.
All content on skystaging.com — including text, photography, design, logos, and visual concepts — is the property of SKY Staging and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
Photography of staged properties taken by SKY Staging or commissioned by SKY Staging remains the property of SKY Staging. Clients and listing agents may use such photographs for the purpose of marketing the staged property, but may not sell, license, or transfer them to third parties without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
